About Us
My Best Practice is an Electronic Health Record (EHR) SaaS product that has quickly gained a foothold in the behavioral health space. In the last two years, with limited sales and marketing spend, we’ve built a large user base that’s made up of satisfied and loyal mental health practices and clinicians, and has virtually no churn. This is a healthy and profitable business that has had great success in a short span of time. And now that we have product-market fit, we’re now looking to bring on a driven and skilled Co-Founder and CEO who can refine the product and take the business to the next level of growth and ultimately, its full potential as the market leader in mental health practice software.
Role
My Best Practice is seeking to hire an experienced and driven operator to become CEO and Co-Founder to lead our team and grow our SaaS product. As the CEO and Co-Founder, we will be handing you the keys to a successful and fully operational SaaS business ready for the next level. You’ll have autonomy and freedom to develop, test, and implement innovative strategies to scale this business to greatness.
Leadership: You will be responsible for leading our team of dedicated professionals, including our sales, development, and customer success teams. You will set the vision for the company and inspire our team to achieve our goals.
Strategy Development: You will develop strategies for growing the business, including identifying new markets and opportunities for growth, refining our product offerings, and optimizing our sales processes.
Sales Execution: You will lead the development and execution of a sales motion to drive revenue growth. This will involve working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as optimizing our existing sales processes to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Product Development: You will work with our development team to ensure that our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with our development team to implement new features and functionality.
Financial Knowledge and Planning: You will lead on unit economics, market segmentation, etc.
Fundraising: You will be responsible for raising capital to fuel the growth of the company. This will involve identifying potential investors, building relationships with them, and securing funding to support the expansion of the business.
Experience
● Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in fundraising, strategy development, and sales execution.
● Strong understanding of technology and SaaS businesses.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to inspire and motivate a team, while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

Base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple reasons, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Additionally, base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses, and alternative incentive packages. This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
